The Voice Process Made Me a Better Singer

I'm not sure when I'll ever complete the story on this adventure! 

I wanted to share something quickly though.  After Mass this afternoon, one of my friends approached me and said that I am sounding better lately.  She asked if I had found new confidence or something.  I smiled and told her that it was probably due to my preparations for "The Voice" auditions!  I'd been paying more attention to how I sing.  I'd been singing more when out and about.  

That compliment was worth the whole process.  :-)

(Plus -The church music director has approached me first about singing the past couple of funeral Masses!  If I'm going to be promoting myself as a funeral singer....)
